Ingredients:

Filling (72%): water, pea protein isolate 9.3%, pea flour, vegetable oil 8.1% (sunflower, olive), flavouring, rice flour, vegetable fat 1.4% (coconut), thickener: methyl cellulose. Breading (28%): wholemeal pea flour, water, cornflour, salt, thickener: xanthan gum.

Thoroughly heat the oil in a pan and fry the nuggets over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until golden, flipping occasionally.

Preheat the oven to 200°C, drizzle the nuggets with oil if desired and bake for 30 minutes on the middle rack.

Heat the oil in the fryer to 180-190°C and fry the nuggets for 4-6 minutes until golden.
