Potatoes are a good source of complex carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins C and B6, and potassium. These essential nutrients contribute to energy metabolism, support the proper functioning of the nervous system, and promote skin health. If you are concerned about high blood pressure, potatoes are a good choice because the potassium in potatoes plays a key role in regulating blood pressure.
