Halve the mini tomatoes and chop the cucumber and red onion. In a bowl, mix the cut vegetables, olives, and basil leaves.
Season the salad with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
Spread the hummus on a plate and serve the salad on top. You can cover all or part of the hummus and serve the rest of the salad on the side.
Crumble the feta cheese over the hummus and salad, then sprinkle everything with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion. Drizzle more olive oil over the entire plate and serve with focaccia, ciabatta or pita bread.
