Cut the bread rolls lengthwise and spread them with Planet of Plants Spread.
Slice the tomatoes and cucumbers, and grate the carrots. Dress the baby leaf salad mix with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and salt as desired.
Add tomato slices to the bread rolls with the spread, then place the cucumber slices on top. Sprinkle the grated carrots. Arrange the leaves of the seasoned baby leaf salad mix over the carrots and lastly top everything off with broccoli sprouts.
