Stir Fry with Mince, Vegetables and Noodles

Stir-fry magic on the plate that thrills the taste buds with an explosion of vegetable flavours

Planet of Plants Coconut Oil 50 g

  • 125 g Planet of Plants Mince
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • ½ of Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • fresh ginger
  • 150 g wheat noodles (Chinese)

Cut the spring onion, carrot and pepper into sticks, and the cabbage into strips. Cook the noodles following the instructions on the packaging.

Heat a wok and melt the Planet of Plants Coconut Oil in it. Then add the Planet of Plants Mince and break it up with a spatula.

After about 5 minutes, add the spring onion and fry for a minute or two, followed by the carrot and pepper. Once the carrots and peppers have softened, add the cabbage. Stir the vegetables. Add more coconut oil if needed.

Pour the soya sauce into the ingredients directly into the wok and grate a bit of fresh ginger on top. Stir well, fry for a few more minutes, and then stir in the cooked noodles.

Serve warm, and sprinkle with a little more sliced spring onion, if you like.
