Sandwiches with Natur Spread and Fresh Vegetables

Toasted sandwiches that taste just as good as they look
Serves: 2-3

Planet of Plants Natur Spread 225 g

  • 12 slices wholegrain toast
  • 1 carrot
  • 50 g Planet of Plants Mayonnaise
  • 2 avocados
  • ½ lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • baby leaf salad mix
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • radish sprouts

Spread Planet of Plants Natur Spread on one side of each slice of the wholegrain toast.

Grate the carrot, mix it with the Planet of Plants Mayonnaise and add salt and pepper. Remove the skin and stone from the avocados, then slice them. Squeeze lemon juice onto the avocado slices and season with salt and pepper. Cut the bell pepper, tomatoes, and cucumber into rings.

Place one slice of toast at the bottom with the spread facing up. Add the avocado and grated carrot with mayonnaise. Then add the bell pepper rings and cover with a second slice of toast, again with the spread facing up.

Put the baby salad leaves onto the spread, then the tomato and cucumber slices and finally the radish sprouts. Cover with a third slice of toast with the spread facing down. Gently press and cut diagonally.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make four sandwiches or eight half-sandwiches.
