Cut thick salami slices, about 1.5 cm wide. Then cut the salami into small cubes.
Using a mould, hollow out the peppers into smaller circles, about 2 cm in diameter.
Cut the cucumbers into thin or thick slices, according to your preference.
Cut the cheese into cubes, roughly the same size as the salami.
String the ingredients on skewers in the desired order and according to taste.
