Fry the nuggets in a pan over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally. Alternatively, bake them in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Cut the baguette into cubes and drizzle with olive oil. You can bake the nuggets and bread cubes together in the oven, but remove the cubes after 10 minutes, as soon as they turn golden.
Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to create a dressing.
Wash and tear the lettuce leaves. Put them in a bowl and add the baguette cubes on top. When the nuggets are done, cut them in half or into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl as well. Pour the mayonnaise dressing over everything.
