Ingredients:

Filling (77%): water, pea protein isolate 10%, vegetable oil 8.6% (sunflower), pea flour, flavouring, rice flour, vegetable fat 1.5% (coconut), thickener: methyl cellulose. Breading (23%): water, corn breadcrumbs, cornflour, textured pea protein 1.3%, rice flour, modified starch, salt, spices, vegetable concentrate, thickener: xanthan gum.

Thoroughly heat the oil in a pan and fry the nuggets over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until golden, flipping occasionally.

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C, drizzle the nuggets with oil if desired and bake for 30 minutes on the middle rack.

Heat the oil in the fryer to 180-190°C and fry the nuggets for 4-6 minutes until golden.
